Shipping and Collection:

Our courier will deliver museum pass and will hand it to you in half an hour after you complete the below online order form. Delivery service is free of charge and can be arranged for any specific date and time indicated by the visitor in order form. Please note we don't deliver museum cards before your trip to have them delivered to your hotel and we only accept cash payments.

We can deliver your museum pass even when you are out exploring our city. You can make your payment to the front desk of your hotel and collect your cards when you arrive at your hotel. You should make your payment to delivery officer at point or to the front desk of your accommodation. Online ordering and delivery is only available to guests of our city since card designed only for tourists.
Please be advised that museum pass prices increased since 01/04/2023 to 1750.00 ₺ for Istanbul and 2500.00 ₺ for Türkiye passes.
The delivery service is free of charge!!.

Effective May 24 2022, we temporarily suspended courier delivery services until further notice due to reduced staffing and lack of capacity to handle the surge of order requests. We will resume our service once conditions are improved. However, you can still buy Istanbul passes online as e-tickets from this page or from ticket booths which are located inside museum premises.
