How does the card work?

The simplest way is to order your Museum Pass for 5 Day Card by filling out Order form and pick it up at your hotels front desk in half an hour (30 minutes). After completing the booking process, You will be shown a confirmation window which also explains delivery of your card/cards.

Card/cards can be delivered also the customer’s Hotel on the date and time indicated by the customer.

We can deliver your card even when you out exploring our city. You can make your payment to the front desk of your hotel and collect your cards when you arrive.

The card's 120 Hour 5 day validity period begins to run from the moment when the card is activated, i.e. used for the first time in museums .

The İstanbul Pass includes free admission to over 12 museums, ranging from the big-ticket attractions to lesser-known sights such as Rumeli Fortress Museum .

Additionally , the pass offers you discounts on activities, tourist attractions etc.

Your card/cards will be delivered to your hotel in half an hour without a delivery fee.

Keep in mind that İstanbul museum pass prices are adjusted from 2500.00 ₺ to 105 € (Euro) on March 2024. If you would rather pay with a foreign currency, exchange rates will be taken from the Central Bank of Türkiye during your delivery. You should make your payment to delivery officer at point or to front desk of your Hotel.

İstanbul Museum Pass is a official city card designed for tourists only. The delivery service is free of charge.
